Our Sage Naturally Dyed Silk Velvet Pillow is made from 18% silk and 82% rayon for a luxurious look and feel.

The process

At our studio, each pillow is carefully cut, dyed, and sewn using natural dyes and plant-based practices. Our sage green color is achieved through a combination of marigold flowers and iron, with each piece hand-dyed in small batches. Expect natural color variations and mottling that add texture and an organic feel to each pillow.

Shipping

We ship as plastic free and low waste as possible by using recycled paper padded mailers, and 100% recycled, 50% consumer waste made poly mailers when necessary.

Care instructions

For easy care, machine wash using warm water and pH-neutral soap (such as ECOs, 7th Generation or similar) and hang to dry. Steam or iron using low heat.

Sustainably Crafted

We utilize sustainability conscious practices to limit water usage and fabric waste in our production. We work exclusively with plant dyes and natural fibers, both of which are compostable. Rosemarine Textiles is committed to sustainable and ethical sourcing of all fabrics, dye materials and packaging. All packaging can be reused or recycled.
