We ship orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We use USPS first class or priority mail. You'll get a tracking number emailed to you when we send your package.
Yes! We ship internationally. We are not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Please allow up to ten days from shipping confirmation to receive International packages as sometimes the tracking can be a bit wonky.
We offer local pickup at our studio in Hamtramck. You'll get an email when it's ready for pickup. Pickups are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you need another time, send us a message in our contact form to ask us to set up a new time.
We want you to love your Rosemarine Textiles purchase. But if you're not totally satisfied, we will happily accept your return for store credit within 14 days of receipts. Please submit the contact form with the title return request in the subject line. We will accept any returns of items in new condition. Sale items are not eligible for return.
We work with a family-owned pillow insert supplier based in Arizona. The pillows have a cotton outer material and a down alternative polyfill on the inside that is very lightweight and comfortable. If you'd like to use your own insert, we also offer the pillows cover only with no insert.
We suggest washing our products by hand with a natural soap like ECOs, Seventh Generation, or Trader Joe's brand and hanging them to dry. You can also use a gentle cycle in the washing machine. Some items, like our Agnes Pillow, need spot cleaning only. For that, use a wet cloth and gently dab the area. You can machine wash and dry all napkins and bandanas.
If your scrunchie gets wrinkled or smushed and needs to be revived, wet it, fluff it up, and let it dry flat. We wash everything before sending it to you, so colors won't bleed or come out in the wash. Store items away from direct sunlight to keep the colors bright.
Due to the handmade, plant dyed nature of our pieces, there will be slight color variations between batches. Mottling and color variations are embraced as a sign of the artisanal touch.

We are opening our brick and mortar location in Hamtramck spring 2024. During the holiday season between November 2 and January 7th, you can visit us five days a week in the Cadillac Square downtown Detroit Holiday Market. You can also find Rosemarine Textiles products in a store near you by visiting our retail partners map. We often have pop ups and offer shopping by appointment, please fill out our contact form if you’re interested in shopping at our studio.

We use natural plant dyes for everything we make. All of our products are made in our Hamtramck studio space, unless otherwise noted. The items we don’t make in-house include: pillow inserts, socks, and baseball caps. Everything else is in crafted with love by our talented studio team.
