Pear Plant Dyed Silk Ribbon

Pear is a cool soft green color. This ribbon is made of 100% silk which lends a lovely drape. Available in both chiffon (more matte and translucent) and habotai (more smooth and lustrous). Shown in chiffon. May come without wood spool.

The process

Our plant dyeing process creates deep and complex shades that subtly change with the light. Each step in the process of crafting this ribbon is intentionally done by hand in our Detroit studio. The result is an organic color and lightly textured ribbon that adds romantic and delicate beauty to any use.

Shipping

We ship our products as plastic-free and low waste as possible, using recycled paper padded mailers, and 100% recycled, 50% consumer waste made poly mailers.

Care instructions

To keep the ribbon wrinkle-free, all ribbons are steamed and hand rolled onto wooden spools before sending to you. If it does get wrinkled, feel free to use a hair straightener or low heat iron to gently press it. If any threads come loose, simply clip them carefully to remove.
