Rosemarine Textiles Summer Events Calendar

It's going to be a busy summer! Here's where you can find me through July.

May 31: Studio Sale - I will have fabric bolts, scraps, natural dyes, retail fixtures, one off samples and all the other things that I want to get rid of and you want to get a great deal on! This is being held at my studio space from 12-4pm at 11447 Joseph Campau, Hamtramck, MI. See you there! More info here.

June 20th: Indigo Dye Workshop at the North Cass Community Garden. Join us for a fun garden party from 5-8pm at my community garden. We will be indigo dyeing bandanas and you're welcome to bring a small item that is a natural fiber to dye in the indigo as well. Free! Located at the corner of Willis and 2nd in Midtown, Detroit. June 25th: My monthly free crafting circle! 6-8pm, bring something to work on, bring a snack and come hang out.

July 18th: I'll be teaching a mending class at the Shelby Township Parks Department where we will learn the basics of mending your own clothes. Register for the class here. $55 for Shelby Township residents and $60 for non-residents. 11-2:30pm

July 19th:  We'll be painting tote bags with soy paste to create a cool resist dye effect with indigo at the Ann Arbor Public Library Downtown branch from 3-5pm. This is free and no registration is required. More info here.
