Charcoal Silk Plant Dyed Bandana

Material

100% silk with rolled hem edges. Each bandana is hand dyed with iron and pomegranate rind. Some variations will occur due to the small batch, handmade nature of our process.

Wear it around your neck as a bandana or your head to keep your hair back. Each piece has natural variations and light mottling effects that add texture and an organic feel.

The process

Each bandana is dyed, washed and pressed in our studio. We use iron and pomegranate rind dye to achieve this charcoal color. Bandanas are dyed by hand in small batches.

Shipping

We ship as plastic free and low waste as possible by using recycled paper padded mailers, and 100% recycled, 50% consumer waste made poly mailers when necessary.

Care instructions

All bandanas are steamed and gently folded before sending to you. They are machine washable, but due to the delicate nature of the silk, we highly recommend hand washing with an eco friendly soap in warm water. We recommend using Dr. Bronner's Castile soap and hanging to dry.

We utilize sustainability conscious practices to limit water usage and fabric waste in our production. We work exclusively with plant dyes and natural fibers, both of which are compostable. Rosemarine Textiles is committed to sustainable and ethical sourcing of all fabrics, dye materials and packaging. All packaging can be reused or recycled.
